@JohnCleese If someone offends you then ignore them or simply ask with a smile, "Were you born ill-mannered of did you have to take a course in it?" I'm offended by seeing Muslim women with their heads covered and sometimes tempted to ask, "Are your ears cold?" But I haven't yet done so.
