A Nigerian man was reportedly caught in Durban for allegedly selling an “Incika” drug to school learners. It is further alleged that he is working with certain medical professionals to obtain medication used in the production of this dangerous substance, which is said to be increasingly abused among schoolchildren in South Africa.
