Unpopular Opinion: Many Central Kenya elites use Kikuyu identity the way hardline Zionists use Jewish identity.

Not as culture but as political armour. Tell the community everyone is against them.

Convert fear into votes. Convert votes into state access and in turn convert state access into land, tenders, banks, protection and bargaining power.

The ordinary person gets identity pride.
The elite gets the asset.

It is organisation, fear, siege politics and elite extraction.

Kenya’s problem is not Kikuyus.
