What a fruitful meeting and a great chance to meet people working on Nanopore in Asia. Hopefully there would be some collaboration coming in the future. π
Thanks my boss for trusting me to be the MC again. βοΈ
Out recent paper that I did the cover art is published!
I got the opportunity to supervised an intern during the pre-lim study of this work too. He was so happy to be included in the paper, thanks p'DJ!
Our new paper, "Magnetic Graphene Oxide for miRNA Separation," is now online in ACS Omega. We've simplified miRNA extraction using magnetic graphene and urea. Read it here: https://t.co/PjMJHdeha9
This week in #OrgLett our cover portrays three cute "cat-alysts" that orchestrate key reactions for dihydropyran ring formation in the total synthesis of a marine macrolide. Also read about the 100th Anniversary of Organic Syntheses and a lot more https://t.co/vAEXVamtf5

We are delighted to once again be the Gold Sponsor for Spring SciX, a @FACSSnetworking conference to be held at @UniStrathclyde in April 2024. Submit your abstract by Dec 11th for this fantastic event featuring the best in #Raman and analytical chemistry! https://t.co/5PzpBnCgOW
The best award to give during a conference is a free bottle of wine. Our session was one of the lucky winners.
Cheers to Nanotechnology! π·
What is the chance that my colleague has a wine opener on him like he knew we would need it. π
Glad to finally able to meet Prof. Damion Corrigan from the University of Strathclyde in person at NanoThailand 2023 Conference. π
Prof. Damion was very kind to be my examiner for my online PhD qualifying exam.
NanoThailand 2023 Conference has started!
Today @pichayapattana and I were the MCs for the opening ceremony.
I also work as a representative to exhibit our diagnostic devices that have received ISO 13485 certification.
And as a PhD student, I also did my oral presentation. π€£
I also got to visit the new CU college that my friend is currently running, Bachelor of Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation (BAScii internation program) . Hopefully we we'll have a chance for some collaboration in the future too. π
Glad to meet my fellow Nano-Engineering alumni today (and to eat my fav food from my faculty). π
It was good to have the opportunity to give a 3-hour talk in Intro to Nanotechnology class for the current freshmen. Hopefully they will have some overview on current Nano research.
