To incalculate confidence and trust by Kenyans in the Kenya's Justice System, amend the constitution to include TRIAL BY JURY- Consider USA's 6th and 7th Amendment.

Devolve the judicial system to the ward or village level. Many Civil conflicts could be resolved at village jury trials.

In addition to your list, SC, ADD THE JURY SYSTEM IN ALL TRIAL MATTERS- where a randomly selected group of ordinary citizens-the jury, is sworn to hear evidence in a trial, determine the facts of a case, and render a verdict.

It's not perfect but it removes or reduces opacity in Judgements.

At them moment some Kenyan Judges act like infallible DEMIGODS.
