You know what’s gonna be awesome? If Pink , BoyGeorge and ladygaga joined @edsheeran tour instead of the failed artists who hijacked his show to promote propaganda!
Ed Sheeran is a role model to millions of children and adults.
All he has done is decide that he doesn’t want political messaging at his shows, and as the headline act, he is perfectly entitled to make that decision.
Children going to a concert shouldn’t be expected to understand the complexities of war, geopolitics or the Middle East.
Whatever your view on Israel and Palestine, a concert should not become a political rally.
I completely understand Ed Sheeran wanting to keep that kind of messaging away from his shows.
I wouldn’t normally listen to Ed Sheeran much - if at all.
But I’m putting him on my Spotify playlist today.
Not because I necessarily share his politics (or even know what they are).
But because I object to the cancellation machine: the idea that artists must publicly endorse the approved political position - or face walkouts, denunciations and demands that their work be cancelled.
Sheeran has made clear that he wants his concerts to be welcoming entertainment, not political rallies. That is a perfectly legitimate boundary.
So, Ed Sheeran it is today.
Well done, idiots 🙄
Fed raised interest rates and AI stocks could be falling soon… here’s how I’d invest my first $5K in the markets.
My strategy is NOT your strategy.
Your asset allocation and buy levels should be based on what you already own, your financial ability, your risk tolerance.
The Fed is expected to raise rates today.
Could the market rally? Yep.
Could it sell off? Yep.
Could everyone spend the entire afternoon dramatically explaining why the exact thing that happened was “obvious”? Also yep. 😌
Which is exactly why I’d rather make my decision

The scary part of inheriting money is realizing that suddenly you’re responsible for it.
Your parents may have spent 30 or 40 years building that wealth. And now you’re staring at a six- or seven-figure account thinking:
Every finance bro on X right now:
“MONDAY WILL BE A BLOODBATH 🚨”
If enough people scream “SELL-OFF” all weekend, and others panic-sell Monday morning because everyone else screamed “SELL-OFF”…
Is that market analysis?
Or a self-fulfilling prophecy? 😉
I expect a sharp tech selloff at Monday’s open.
This could be the moment that pops the AI bubble, and potentially tips the economy toward recession.
But the alternative may be worse.
Musk, Altman and Dario Amodei are now all warning that AI is moving too fast. If the industry actually slows down, that means fewer data centers, fewer GPUs, and potentially hundreds of billions less in near-term AI spending.
Wall Street is NOT pricing this in even remotely.
Today marks 25 years since 9/11, when thousands of Americans were killed in an attack against our nation. We honor the courage of first responders and the memories of all who died, including Minnesota's own Gordon Aamoth Jr., Max Beilke, Tom Burnett Jr., and Gary Koecheler.
The Administration’s 50 percent tariffs on Canadian goods, along with Canada’s retaliatory tariffs that took effect today, will only make it harder for Minnesota businesses and farmers to compete and will further drive up prices for families.
Google has used its dominance in online advertising to squeeze out competition and take revenue from publishers, including local news organizations.
