This was LiFT 4 Autism Auction 2019! Tomorrow marks 8 years we’ve been doing this! We raised $133k last year and want to exceed that in 2023 🙌🏾
We are still accepting donated items/services from authors, narrators, publishers, agents & readers: https://t.co/jhgL921f3E
Doing a rewatch of #greysanatomy from the beginning. It’s been so long that it legit feels like the first time. I’m on season 6 & I am TICKED about the way the writers did my beloved Chief Webber. Not every character’s arc has to have them hitting rock bottom, okay! 😡😡😡
Send a prayer up for me that by the time I query in two weeks my dream agent will be officially back and open to queries! I’m SO convinced we’re meant to work together.😹😹😹
Sorry, I'm late posting this. I've been in continual deadline hell. However, if you are a Black reviewer who finds it difficult to get approved for ARCs, and you'd like a review copy of RETURN TO HUMMINGBIRD WAY, complete this form. Thanks!

Worked on my romcom this am, now taking a break for a few hours to watch some romcom movies that have been on my list. Your Place Or Mine and New in Town (older movie, but new to me). 🥰🥰 #amresearching
I love the quiet of a Saturday morning when I get up at 7am to make coffee, do my daily Bible reading, and then write until the rest of the house wakes up. Its so peaceful. 💜💜 #amwriting
7 rules for a successful journaling routine:
1. Write to and for yourself
2. Prepare for the day ahead
3. Repeat the important things
4. Take it out on the page
5. Copy down favorite quotes
6. Ask yourself hard questions
7. Review in the evening
No matter how much I plot in advance (or don’t), my first draft is always going to be 30 chapters. It doesn’t matter the genre, 30 chapters flat. So I find that my pacing is ALWAYS off on draft 1.
