Today’s Governance outcomes represent more than just proposal approvals and rejections - they reflect the priorities, convictions, and direction the Cardano Community wants to see moving forward.

📍While some proposals did not meet the 67% ratification threshold this round, I hope today’s outcomes encourage continued discussion, refinement, and the thoughtful resubmission of rejected proposals where the community believes there is merit. Innovation and iteration are core to Cardano’s foundation.

Regardless of where each of us stood on individual proposals, this is Governance in action - and exactly why decentralized participation matters. Cardano is alive! 👀

📍On a personal note, over the last 48 hours, I’ve seen a 3,500% increase in $ADA delegated voting power. I’m genuinely humbled - thank you!!!

The trust this community has placed in me means more than I can adequately express. It reassures me that the time, effort, and passion I pour into Cardano and Midnight are seen - and that only motivates me to work even harder to contribute meaningfully to both ecosystems.

The stablecoin is a small but important piece of the discussion in 🇦🇷. That being said, the complexity is 10x to 20x that of USDM.

Imagine doing company payroll. Bob needs to see and control what he receives. Alice can see and control hers but can't see Bob's. Mary in accounting with the right role needs to see both amounts, but not know who they went to. Steph the CFO needs to be able to view everything. Agent Smith needs to be given access to see everything if he has a court order during discovery because the company is under investigation.

Really cool tech, but it is a cambrian explosion of complexity to build out something where blockchain can truly eclipse and replace tradfi systems for the first time.

So, I reported a faulty meter in April 2024 with reference number R02127240402497. Si your team has taken me in circles. For the umpteenth time when I visited your customer care in Roysambu I was informed that they will send someone out week.

Turns out that there was a workaround just to be able to top up my tokens. The technicians know about this. Within 5 minutes after hours I was able to top up using

One suggestion that I have for all of us in the Cardano community is to let the comments and opinions of the past go and embrace a full reset of all ecosystems. As many of you know, I've been a bit prickly towards other communities and have apologized to BTC, XRP, Solana, and others.

We need to accept that a lot of influencers and leaders in other ecosystems have returned that favor and said some pretty terrible and untrue things about Cardano. Now, they are taking a second look at our ecosystem and technology. We ought to embrace them and forget the past.

2025 is about unity and progress. We have a window to make crypto mainstream and grow our markets to the tens of trillions of dollars of value, thereby entering every home and government alike. We can not allow petty tribalism to squander this opportunity

Discussion around the economic viability of certain counties is inevitable. The entire point of devolution was fiscal, political & developmental decentralisation. 10 years on, counties are even more reliant on the NG for their existence. Own source revenue growth, wage bill control , fiscal discipline & accountability of devolved governments ought to be the discussion of the day .. not disbursement schedules from the National Treasury… simply isn’t sustainable over the long term
