@SW_Help As a commuter there’s nothing more soul destroying than seeing the 5 seater train pull into Bournemouth station at 5:54am. 3/4 seats, no leg room, 2 hours cramped up arriving in London.
@virginmedia no internet access all day. You flagged they’d be an outage from 9am today but it’s now 6pm and still internet. Rebooted the the modem/ router still no joy!!
@DenonUK having had a Denon AVR 2300 for the past 10+ years, I’ve just upgraded to the 2700. I was looking forward to using the app to control my AVR but like various reviews, the app can’t find my system even tho the HEOS app found it immediately. I’ve tried the obvious... poor

@ABPMarathon@FSL771@nickswhite Surely, the prudent course would be to put a note out on Twitter advising that you would not be accepting new participants given the fluidity of the situation (this takes seconds) rather than continue to accept non-refundable entrants fees. Profits over people?
@virginmedia just been told installation was assigned to someone who no longer works for the company. Amateurish!
Also told they can’t escalate my complaint and I have to make a separate complaint. This is so poor and I’m a new customer!!
@virginmedia having signed up for their top broadband/ phone service. Site visit failed to turn up on two days stated, now the installation engineer failed to turn up. Job assigned to someone who was off! How not to treat new customers!!! I’ve lost 3 days holiday! Very angry 😡
