@Af_yarre The Kadhi's courts are not useless as provided in Art. 107(5) litigants still need the flexibility to challenge it's jurisdiction and also it's decisions just like all other court.
@ochieljd@Af_yarre Counsel, even if all parties submitted to the jurisdiction of the Kadhi's Court in the matter. A party has a right to Appeal it's decision if dissatisfied. Kadhi's are human and bound to err or not.
