Thatcher was exactly right about communism: rights “given by the state” can be taken away by the state.

The same logic applies to Islam and Sharia. Rights are not inherent - they are granted (or withheld) by Allah’s commands through the Quran and Sharia.

The American founding rests on the opposite: “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” That idea flows directly from the biblical view of humans made in the image of God.

The Quran teaches the opposite framework - submission, not equality or liberty. Non-Muslims are to be fought “until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled”. Women face systemic inequalities under Sharia.

This is precisely why Islamic doctrine and practice are fundamentally incompatible with the West.

Prior to the Council of Trent in 1545 there was no such thing as an agreed upon “Roman Catholic Bible.” Cardinal Ximenez (who died in 1517 - the very year Martin Luther nailed his 95 Thesis to the Castle Church door in Wittenberg) in the preface to his Complutensian Polyglot Bible described the 7 books of the Deutercanon as “books outside the canon.” He explains that their purpose is to be “received by the Church rather for the edification of the people than for the authoritative confirmation of ecclesiasitcal doctrines.” In essence, Ximenes’s position was: valuable and edifying for Christians, but outside the primary canon and insufficient by themselves to establish doctrine.

Our entire system rests on rights endowed by the Creator - Biblical foundation, made in God’s image, m. Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. Limited government protecting them.

Quran doesn’t do any of that. Surah 9:29 commands fighting non-Muslims until they submit, pay jizya, and live in humiliation. It’s submission or conquest, not equality or freedom. Sharia and the American Republic are incompatible. Full stop.

The three stages aren’t some conspiracy, it’s the same pattern we’ve seen for centuries. Starts with “we’re just like you, be inclusive,” then once they grow in numbers it shifts to demands and control, and finally the full enforcement where anything that doesn’t fit Sharia gets crushed.
