@Meatball420_Eth @FedEx @SamsClub Had the same thing happen to me when they did the prismatic buddle drop. I messaged Sam's Club via chat and received a full refund. I know the refund won't ease the kiddo's disappointment, but you can use the money to buy her something else.

@PeakHobby Like I said in the original posters post, retail stores should do this. Yes I collect Pokemon cards but this is a child’s game first. This slashing is only hurting the scalpers who are buying up all the product only to flip it for outrageous prices. Now the kiddos have a chance!

@DamianPhk @SamsClub I think @SamsClub did something different this time. The past two times that they did a prismatic drop I was able to get 2 boxes for my daughter. Last night was very disappointing. I kept getting hit with timeouts on their site.
