All 3 of our individuals that competed today ran great. Nora Epplin placed 27th, narrowly missing state qualification. Sophie Krupa placed 10th & making the All-Sectional Team. Zion Wilkins places 19th.... Both Sophie and Zion qualify for the state meet. Great job by all 3!!!

This group competed great today @ Regionals. Both groups placed 9th & we achieved 10 PR's! Boys led by All-Regional 5th place Zion Wilkins; girls led by All-Regional 2nd place Sophie Krupa & 9th place Nora Epplin. Those 3 advanced to Sectionals!

Boys squad ran a solid race today @ the South 7 meet. 4 out of 7 ran a PB!!! Boys were led by 1st team all conference/3rd place finish by Zion Wilkins.

Girls ran really well today @ the South 7 Conference meet. 2 out of 3 girls ran a PB & were led by 1st team all conference/2nd place finisher Sophie Krupa as well as 2nd team all conference/6th place finish by Eislee Moore. Taylor Crippen had big breakthrough day with a PB!

Good showing by both squads today @ the Murphysboro Invite. They showed a lot of improvement from last week. Boys placed 4th overall, led by Zion Wilkins placing 4th overall. Girls were led by Sophie Krupa placing 2nd overall. Big day for these two placing in the Top 5!!!

Congrats to Zion finishing his season today with a new PR of 15:35 & placing 63rd out of 199! Another runner stepped on his shoe and he lost it within first 400m of the race. Ran a PR with only one shoe! Representing the program the only he knows how, TOUGHNESS!

The CCHS boys 4x400 relay just broke the school record !!! 3:21:36 They placed 4th at state!!! Runners were: Brennan Gleason, Makari Roper, Austin Dedecker, and Oluwapelumi Badejo. Way to go Terriers!
