@spqr_sulla Jesus christ. No. The whole point is that it's not inherently a cursed item. What Bear wished for was cursed because it robbed someone of their personhood and thus turned toxic.
@VlNDACAT Sounds like you didn't use your brain cause you can't even remember the name of the movie. And I'm sorry but there are A LOT of intentionally unsettlingly funny scenes. Sorry, you're not better than these people you call "baboons". You're worse.
@brookstweetz I genuinely never know what’s going on with these people’s experiences, cause I see on average two movies a week for the past 5 years and can only count 3 mildly annoying experiences.
@geekostylefun@charlxcx Every time, literally every time I go on letterboxd to log a film I just saw, and I go to the reviews to see what other people think, it's 100 "god forbid a man go to therapy" one-liners followed by 3 people who actually have something to say, followed by another 100 one-liners
@arash_tehran@charlxcx@firstshowing Yeah there's actually a lot - the thousands of "god forbid a man go to therapy" one-liners when im trying to see reviews of what people *actually* thought about the movie.
@SuperbWren22@sam_diego86@Netoey@john_wilddog They're saying the person *delivering* the information. That this individual probably wouldn't take the advice from a *regular person*
@zieikon@TheMollusk31@weddingIist This is such a stupid argument. Many people don't just go around having to dig through accounts to follow people. I just want to read quality reviews and not 6,500 "god forbid a man go to therapy" one-liners.
