@Reuters He just makes stuff up, then repeats it over and over again. And his insults have ALWAYS been projection, but somehow there are some Americans who can’t see it. 🙄
Q: "Can you say whether you will hold anyone in your administration accountable for the strike on a school that killed more than 100 children on the first day of the war?"
Trump: "No…It's such a strange question to be asked at this date. You're talking about a long time ago."'
The difference between this and the deal Trump tore up is that Iran now gets more money, fewer restrictions, less oversight, and more regional autonomy.
He took America to war - killing 13 soldiers, thousands of Iranian civilians and costing taxpayers $60 billion - to get rid of Iran’s missile program.
And now that he’s lost the war, he pretends like it’s no big deal.
Just unforgivable. What a charlatan.
FOX: “We learned why the Iranians are eager to sign on to this deal — Iran will be able to start selling oil again on the global marketplace… and nobody is disputing they’ll have access to a $300 BILLION fund.”
This is a jaw-dropping, horrific surrender document complete with hundreds of billions in reparations. It is the predictable result of incompetent negotiation and the foolhardy strategic catastrophe of starting and pursuing this disastrous war. The U.S. will not soon recover from this, the biggest national security blunder in decades.
Reagan is rolling over in his grave. Iran’s nuclear ambitions were not curbed, and they have learned that threatening the Strait of Hormuz works and will undoubtedly leverage it in the future. Now, Iran gets to build brand-new infrastructure under this deal.
Before the war, the strait was open, Iran was being crushed by sanctions, and 13 service members were still alive. Now, 13 Americans are dead, families have paid billions at the pump, sanctions will be lifted, and the bombing has stopped. This is the worst foreign policy blunder in decades.
Edited comments of Sen Marco Rubio, R-Fl, September 2016, raising questions about providing billions to Iran as part of a nuclear deal given the regime’s funding of terrorism.
CNN montage of Trump bashing the JCPOA and releasing any money to Iran:
I would have never given him back the money. I would have said, the money is off the table. Let's start negotiating. And you know what? I would have won that negotiation
Opinion: More than 14 weeks, thousands of lost lives and billions upon billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars later, it appears America is the one surrendering. https://t.co/1mWh7Kignv
GENERAL: “The $300,000,000,000 is real. Who cares where it comes from? The Iranians are still in charge. They’re gonna take that money and recover everything. You know that, Sean.”
Even Fox guests aren’t letting them pretend Trump’s deal is good. (Obama had a deal for far less)
It's only Tuesday and Trump has fucked up a pool for $14 Million, lost a war agreeing to pay Iran $300 Billion, and ballooned his already expensive ballroom budget by another $200 Million.
Where are the Republicans screaming about "waste, fraud and abuse"?
