@VerizonSupport i am having an issue with my fios service and I need help. The people on phone and chat do not speak proper english. Please help. I should not have to call three different phone numbers for support when I opened the verizon app
@VerizonSupport I am having issues with Fios. Constantly my NAT is showing up as Moderate or unavailable. My port should be 3074 and it 53567. Before, I was able to resolve these issues on my own. Now i am stuck speaking to people in India that cannot resolve the issues
@d0gmah They are a bunch of idiots. Not sure why they got rid of the old way only to have us talking to people reading off a script in India that know nothing
