🪷 Why Do We Need Pi?
Today, I finally had some time to go outside and enjoy the beautiful autumn in Toronto, Canada. 🍂
I bought just four simple things:
☕ One small coffee
🍵 One small matcha
🍟 One small pack of French fries
🍔 One small hamburger
Guess how much? About $30 CAD!
I was honestly surprised.
These are just ordinary, everyday items—not a luxury meal. But $30 can disappear very quickly.
This is what inflation looks like in our daily lives.
The problem is not only that prices are going up. The deeper issue is that the purchasing power of our money is being reduced. What $30 could buy in the past is not necessarily what $30 can buy today.
So when people ask:
“Why do we need Pi?”
I think we should ask a bigger question:
What kind of economic system do we want to build for the future?
Pi should not simply be something people hold and wait for someone else to determine its future.
We need to build real utility—an ecosystem where digital value can be used for goods, services, businesses and everyday transactions.
One small coffee.
One matcha.
Some fries.
One hamburger.
$30 CAD.
This simple experience reminds me why building a real digital economy matters.
🪷 The future is not only about how much money we have.
It is also about how much value that money can provide in our daily lives.
Build utility. Build adoption. Build the Pi economy.

🪷 A Message to All Pioneers
Today, most Pioneers are not unable to take action. The problem is that their mindset has not yet changed.
You cannot force people to accept your ideas.
You cannot push their heads down and make them act.
The harder you try to force them, the more they may resist, because they believe they are right.
Why?
Because they have not truly believed in us yet, and they are not yet willing to come back, listen, and learn.
So, I have set a goal for myself:
Through different forms and methods of education, I want to find the right language that different people can understand and accept.
I want to talk about the issues they truly care about.
I want to talk about the pain points they are actually facing.
We cannot force people.
Forcing them does not work.
We must help them become willing to listen, willing to learn, willing to think, and finally willing to make their own choices.
That is why I must use every possible method and approach to educate different people.
Because everyone thinks differently.
Everyone cares about different things.
And everyone responds to different ways of communication.
There is a saying in Buddhism:
“The Buddha cannot guide those who have no affinity.”
For people who have no connection with the message, no matter how much you explain, they may still refuse to listen.
If someone is not ready to understand, even if you explain the truth again and again, they may still not understand.
So, we do not force everyone.
But we always believe:
Even in the mud, there will always be lotus flowers that rise above the mud and bloom unstained.
And I believe you are those lotus flowers.
You are not only protecting yourselves.
More importantly,
you are helping more lotus flowers bloom.

🌍 How Many Pioneers Do We Need to Take Action?
I have been thinking about this question for a long time.
If 20% of Pioneers around the world truly become active and seriously participate in building, educating, using, and promoting Pi, I believe the Pi ecosystem could change very quickly.
If we could reach 50%, the development of the entire economic ecosystem could be extraordinary, and we could potentially see tremendous changes within months.
But we also need to be realistic.
We cannot assume that 50% of Pioneers will immediately take action.
So, we don't need to aim for 50% first.
Let's aim for 10%.
There are approximately 70 million Pioneers.
10% means about 7 million Pioneers.
If 7 million Pioneers truly take action:
Learn.
Educate.
Use.
Promote.
Support merchants.
Create real transactions.
Build the Pi ecosystem.
Then I believe:
We would already be very close to real success.
I even believe that if we can build such a strong core of active participants, the next year could become a very important window for the development of Pi.
So, our goal right now is not to change all 70 million Pioneers.
We first need to find the 10%.
Find the people who are willing to believe.
Find the people who are willing to learn.
Find the people who are willing to act.
Find the people who are willing to build the future.
Then let these people influence more people.
One lotus can inspire another lotus to bloom.
A field of lotus flowers can transform the entire pond.
This is why I continue to focus on education.
Not to force people to believe,
but to help them find a reason to believe.
Change one person's mindset,
and you may change that person's future.
Change the actions of 7 million people,
and we may change the future of an entire economic ecosystem.
🪷 Let us become the 10% who take action.
Do not wait for the future.
Let us build the future together.

Founder & Chairperson, Global GCV Movement
Dear GCV Ambassadors, leaders, volunteers, and Pioneers in India,
Namaste!
I am very happy to send my greetings to everyone attending today’s important Darjeeling event.
First, I sincerely thank the entire Darjeeling team for your hard work and dedication.
I especially recognize Jasbir Kaur Maan, Head of GCV Ambassador of Darjeeling; Yogendra Ghissing, Ecosystem Development Ambassador; Kunal Gurung, Education Ambassador; Shiva Chettri, Social Media Ambassador; and Samir Pradhan, Management Director, together with all the volunteers and team members.
I would also like to give special appreciation to Mr. Raaj Sharma, Head of India GCV Ambassador, and Mr. Brijesh Maloo, Education GCV Ambassador, for your leadership and support for the India GCV community.
Today, I want to emphasize several practical priorities for India.
First — make Barter part of our daily ecosystem.
Barter is very important for the development of our GCV ecosystem.
Barter should not happen only during special events. We should gradually make it part of our daily community and economic activities.
I hope India can use Barter as a starting point to further develop the GCV Industrial Alliance, especially by creating more business-to-business cooperation and GCV partial-payment opportunities.
This is how we can gradually turn our ideas into real economic activity.
Second — education must remain our foundation.
Not every Pioneer has the opportunity to participate in a Barter event.
But every Pioneer has the responsibility to educate themselves.
Every Pioneer should understand the Pi vision, the Pi Whitepaper, and our Pioneer community education.
For our leaders and Ambassadors, I especially ask you to seriously study and continuously share my educational articles.
Don't just forward information. Learn it, understand it, and teach it.
Third — do not be distracted by attacks or misinformation.
I know that some communities in India have made attacks against us.
My position is very simple:
We do not need to argue with them. We do not need to spend our time fighting with them.
Time will show people's character.
Everyone has a different level of understanding. Some people may see things only from their own perspective. But when someone's words and actions repeatedly harm the community, Pioneers will eventually recognize that for themselves.
So I ask our India GCV community:
Do not fight. Do not attack. Do not respond with negativity.
Focus on doing the right thing.
Other organizations—we do not need to judge them, criticize them, or give them unnecessary attention.
We focus on ourselves.
We must make the Global GCV Movement India stand straight, act correctly, and follow the principles and standards that we have established.
When we consistently do the right things, we will naturally attract Pioneers who value integrity, education, responsibility, and positive leadership.
Fourth — protect our community.
Every group administrator has a responsibility to manage their community carefully.
Do not allow unverified rumors, misleading information, or unnecessary attacks to spread freely.
Misinformation creates confusion, divides communities, and can slow down the progress we are trying to build.
Please educate, verify, and manage your groups responsibly.
Finally — transparency is essential.
Whenever we organize conferences or community events, we should clearly report our income and expenses to the community.
This is not only about money.
It is about trust, responsibility, and respect for the community.
My dear friends in India,
Let us make this Darjeeling event a new starting point.
Make Barter more active.
Develop the GCV Industrial Alliance.
Create more B2B opportunities.
Strengthen education.
Protect the community from misinformation.
And maintain transparency.
We don't need to compete with anyone.
We simply need to stay on the right path and keep doing the right things.
When we stand firmly on the right principles, positive and responsible Pioneers will naturally come together.
I believe India has tremendous potential, and I hope all of you will continue building with unity, discipline, responsibility, and integrity.
Thank you to all the leaders, Ambassadors, volunteers, Pioneers, government representatives, and distinguished guests supporting this event.
From Toronto, Canada, I send my warmest greetings to all of you.
India, keep building.
Keep learning.
Keep educating.
Stay united.
Stay strong.
And stay on the right path.
Namaste, India!

🪷 Doris Yin Message to Global Audience
Dear friends from around the world,
Good morning!
Today, I am not speaking only to Pi Pioneers or the GCV community. I want to speak to all friends around the world.
I want to share one simple message:
We must cherish Pi Network and learn to recognize its value.
In my view, Pi Network is a long-term, generational project. It may be one of the rare opportunities in our lifetime that could change the destiny of ordinary people.
And the most important thing is:
You do not need to spend money.
Pi Network does not require you to spend money.
GCV does not require you to spend money.
What we need is to change our mindset.
For many years, I have been sharing what I have learned, experienced, and realized. I am simply planting seeds of wisdom.
If you are willing to receive these seeds, you can begin changing yourself.
Changing our destiny begins with changing our thinking.
And I believe the first step is humility.
When we face something we do not understand, we should not immediately assume that others are wrong. We should first ask ourselves:
“Maybe I have not understood it clearly yet.”
A wise person continues to learn, reflect, and improve.
I also believe there is truth in this world. If we are willing to follow the path of truth and light, we can find solutions to many problems.
Over the past four or five years, I have been extremely busy working, learning, sharing, and helping the community.
But now I also realize that we cannot only move forward externally. We must also look within ourselves.
That is why I am giving myself more time for reflection, learning, and personal growth.
I have always loved history. I study different Chinese dynasties, historical figures, and major historical events. These days, I have been watching historical videos about Genghis Khan, but this is part of my long-term habit of studying history.
History is a mirror.
It helps us understand why people, countries, and civilizations rise and decline. It teaches us about vision, courage, wisdom, character, and the importance of seeing the bigger picture.
We do not study history to live in the past.
We study history so that we can understand the present and walk toward the future with greater wisdom.
So during this period, I may publish fewer posts and videos.
That does not mean I have stopped moving forward.
I am preparing myself for the next stage.
I will continue to learn, practice, improve myself, and share what I learn and realize with all of you.
Because I believe:
When we continuously improve ourselves, we become more capable of helping others.
May all of us remain humble, continue learning, and keep walking on the path of truth and light.
Thank you, everyone.

BUILD THE FOUNDATION OF LIFE
If we want to build a healthy and strong Pioneer community, we must first build the foundation of each individual.
A community cannot grow in a healthy way when anger, deceit, resentment, blame, attacks, and revenge become part of our daily lives.
Before we try to change the world, we must first learn how to build ourselves.
One of the opening teachings of Di Zi Gui says:
> “First, honor your parents and love your family; then, be careful in your conduct and trustworthy in your actions.”
🌱 A Story That Touched Me
Teacher Cai Lixu once shared the story of Zhu Shouchang.
When Zhu was only seven years old, he became separated from his mother. For more than 50 years, he never forgot her.
At the age of 57, he decided to search for his mother.
He said, in essence:
“I will not return until I find my mother.”
After a long journey, he finally found her. She was already in her seventies.
When mother and son finally met again, they embraced and cried.
What touched me most was that Zhu did not stop there. He also took responsibility for caring for his mother and his younger siblings.
Ask Yourself:
If someone could remember his mother for more than 50 years, have we forgotten the sacrifices our own parents made for us?
Do we appreciate our family?
Do we fulfill our responsibilities?
Are we setting a good example for our children?
A person's character begins at home.
First, build yourself.
Then, build your family.
Then, build your community.

How to Be a Good Citizen — Start With Yourself
Today, we are starting a new topic: The Home of Pioneers.
What is a Pioneer’s home?
Home is not only a place where we live.
It is also where we learn responsibility.
We should learn how to be a good citizen.
At home, we should try to be a good child, a good parent, a good husband, or a good wife.
We should do our own work actively.
We should take responsibility for our family.
And we should do our part to help keep our society stable and healthy.
But before we can take care of our family and society,
we also need to take care of ourselves.
Our body is our own responsibility.
Every week, we should have some time for ourselves.
Not only to work.
Not only to take care of other people.
But also to take care of our own body and our own mind.
That is why I am going to the gym right now!
Exercise is important.
When we exercise regularly, we can become stronger, have more energy, and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
A healthy body can give us more energy to take care of our family, do our work, and contribute to our community.
So, pioneers, don't just talk about building a better future.
Start by building a healthier you.
Take some time every week to exercise.
Go for a walk.
Go to the gym.
Do yoga.
Play a sport.
It doesn't have to be complicated.
Just move your body and take responsibility for your health.
A strong home needs healthy people.
A strong society needs responsible citizens.
So, let's start with ourselves.
I'm going to the gym now. 🏋️♀️
I hope everyone has a wonderful and healthy weekend!
Welcome to The Home of Pioneers.
Let's build a healthy home, a responsible community, and a stronger future—together. 🪷

🌍 ONE WORLD · ONE HUMANITY · ONE FUTURE 🕊️
The spirit of an international song reminds me of something very important:
We cannot wait for someone else to change our destiny. We must stand up and build our own future.
One person's strength is limited.
Today, among the 70 million Pioneers, many are still waiting — waiting for the price to rise, waiting for someone else to act, waiting for the Core Team, or even waiting for a “savior.”
But the real change will not come from waiting.
It will come when millions of Pioneers change their mindset and each contribute their own small effort.
We have been on this journey for more than seven years. Do you still want to wait?
Millions of Pioneers have supported Pi, while the Core Team has spent years building the technology, infrastructure, and ecosystem with enormous resources and effort.
Now we must understand one fundamental principle:
A currency does not automatically rise in value simply because people wait for its price to rise.
A currency needs to be used, accepted, circulated, and supported by real economic activity.
We have worked together to establish GCV — Global Consensus Value, creating a community-based value scale.
But if we want this consensus to become real economic benefit, Pi must enter our real lives.
Into our stores.
Into our businesses.
Into our services.
Into our daily transactions.
Into households around the world.
This cannot be accomplished by one person, one country, or one team.
It requires all of us.
Every Pioneer can contribute something:
Help one merchant accept Pi.
Complete one real transaction.
Educate the people around you.
Help one business understand Pi.
Each action may seem small.
But when millions of people contribute a little, the collective power becomes enormous.
🌍 We Must Truly Become One Community
The Pi community connects Pioneers from more than 200 countries and regions.
We come from different nations, cultures, languages, backgrounds, and ways of life.
But we are not enemies.
We are one global family.
We should treat one another like brothers and sisters — with equality, respect, understanding, and compassion.
We must remove the barriers and discrimination that divide us because of nationality, culture, language, geography, or prejudice.
Do not let our differences divide us.
Do not attack one another simply because we have different opinions.
And never believe that one country or one community is more important than another.
What we need is:
Equality.
Respect.
Inclusion.
Cooperation.
When we truly respect every country, every community, and every Pioneer, we can bring the strength of more than 200 countries and regions together.
So the mindset we need is:
From waiting to action.
From dependency to ownership.
From division to inclusion and cooperation.
From traditional price speculation to real currency and economic thinking.
Do not wait for the price to rise by itself.
We are building a currency that needs people to use it, accept it, circulate it, and build an economy around it.
We do not need every Pioneer to do something extraordinary.
We simply need everyone to contribute a little.
We have already come this far.
Now what determines how quickly we can achieve our goal is not simply time, and certainly not waiting.
It is whether we can transform ourselves from waiters into builders, and from separate communities into one united global community.
🕊️ We do not wait for a savior.
We are the people who can build our own future.
🌍 More than 200 countries and regions. Different languages. Different cultures. One humanity. One future.
Let us treat one another with equality, live with respect, work with inclusion, and unite our strength to welcome our victory.

Good morning, Global Pioneers! ☀️
1. I didn’t open YouTube Live yesterday because it looks like Pioneers had little interest. LOL. 😄
2. I’ve been busy writing articles, thinking, and planning our next steps.
3. Going forward, I will focus more on introducing Pi Network to non-Pioneers through social media and attracting more high-quality Pioneers.
4. I’ve also changed my schedule. I will focus on my own work in the morning. If I have time in the evening, I will write and share articles.
After all, we can’t digest too much information at once. 😄
Let’s focus on what really matters and keep moving forward.
