Here's the graph if anyone is interested, (hopefully the image is readable after twitter's image compression). Fairly simple, just using World Space XZ Position + Time to sample the noise, with 2 step functions offset by Sine Time to achieve the white areas.

@realmchkr I found the following shadertoy that help me blend my voronoi biomes. I currently blend the height and color tint and the next step is to blend the block types.

I finally find a way to blend biomes correctly. So I had more diversity between biome with different blocks and colors.
