@MarkJCarney I hope I am not driving the kids to school that day…. Add the BELT sandwich and two medium chocolate chills and I am down $12.65 daily 🤣🤣🤣
@truckdriverpleb I voted in Hubbards, Nova Scotia and was encouraged in a way that didn’t make it feel optional to use pencil… that’s not encouraging. Take a pen with you.
@MarcNixon24 The conservatives are going to need to do something radical to move the needle in their favor… people would clearly understand the benefits of non taxed overtime and tips.
@MarcNixon24 No taxes on overtime is exactly the boost this country needs right away to help with affordability crisis, stimulate the economy and reward hard work. Increasing the TFSA amounts is nice but with the cost of living who has the extra to take advantage of that?
@PierrePoilievre If taxes on overtime were removed, the existing skilled trades workforce would have greater incentive to work. This is an immediate way to help with affordability while dramatically increasing production.
@Garnet_2203 This is a ridiculous point, while you will not pay out of pocket you most likely will be waiting years for service… MRI wait times are killing cancer patients….when something costs you nothing it’s usually worth the price you’re paying.
@robfoot Those ideas will further divide people against each other… flat rate tax for all and no taxes on overtime…. That would allow people to benefit from hard work and would significantly stimulate the economy, more disposable income allows people to buy more which increases business
@PierrePoilievre If you want to build housing, removing overtime taxation would be key, most trades know that working overtime is largely taxed and refuse to do it. If taxes were removed, there would a huge incentive to work more hours and dramatically increase housing
@PierrePoilievre Removing taxes from overtime is something that would have the largest impact for Canadians. Working overtime is something that benefits businesses but for most people, the only ones benefiting are the government.
@DonutOperator That doesn’t make any sense, blaming a fire victim when you accept a paycheque for doing what is literally expected of first responders.
@TheRealKeean They want to take my sons .22lr rifle… is there really a frightened 18 year old Ukraine conscript waiting to get that and head out on the front lines. I wouldn’t want to fight a herd of woodchucks with that!!!
@Tablesalt13 I worked on a farm when I was young, we milked the cows and fed what milk we could to the pigs and then dumped the balance until we hit the quota allowed (hundreds of litres daily)… after all the effort, feed and work it seemed insane to 16 year old me
