We need your help. On the outside, he looks like a healthy and happy little kiddo. However, in 2017 Sam’s kidneys failed and were removed. He has been in and out of the hospital over the years and has endured more medically than anybody should in their lifetime.

He is kept alive by 11 hours of dialysis every night and tube feeds to ensure he gets enough medicine and nutrition. He needs a living kidney donor. We have not found a match yet and are running out of options. Could you be Sammie’s angel?
