@meganlebaker @DrRobertoGuti @YaleNephFellows @brewster_ursula And strongy is associated with proteinuric kidney disease, lovely case really. We treat disseminated strongy few times a year. I think we would treat while awaiting biopsy/titers with ivermectin. Keep us posted! 👏🏻
