Someone inside the crypto industry said it on stage:
"We have run this experiment not 10 times, not a hundred times, hundreds of thousands of times. It doesn't work. Any project, no matter how good it is, it is impossible to work."
Bitcoin was never part of this experiment.
I've been to hundreds of shows. @ainsleymusic07 and her band tonight was the best live show I've ever seen. They sounded so pristine and vibed perfectly together. The energy was off the charts!!
Ainsley is a rockstar. Just insanely talented. Everyone at the show tonight can attest. Go follow her now and find her music on https://t.co/lB7dvhpiyf. Bitcoiners really need to show up for her.
What a fantastic way to wrap up Camp Nakamoto. Video dump tomorrow. Get home safe, everyone. Resting up for a bit, then getting to work on CN year 3!! @Campnakamoto@BTC_Mass
Another interesting conversation I had at @Campnakamoto was with a touring musician and her manager.
Bitcoin can fix the music industry, but we need more advocacy and education, and we need Bitcoiners to support artists by actually SPENDING their Bitcoin (treat it as money, a medium of exchange).
This artist/manager team have spent over a year trying to convince hundreds of mainstream artists to join a new streaming platform with Bitcoin features, but they only got a few dozen on board. The manager told me it's so difficult to explain the benefits of Bitcoin because "even an intro conversation takes 3 hours to get the point across." She basically said the solution to this is volume. We need more Bitcoiners creating more solutions with more education. We need to overwhelm the industry with options until mainstream artists see the value for themselves.
That's exactly why I built Bitcoin Beats into @BTCedu_app, to empower artists and teach them about the value of Bitcoin. Bitcoin lightning p2p payments between the fans and the artists can cut out all the massive amount of middlemen like publishers and distributors who take large cuts of an artist's revenue. This is how Bitcoin can ultimately fix the music industry from the artist's perspective. It's extremely difficult for new artists to make money. It costs up to $12,000 to produce a professional album these days, and the ROI is really bad if all you can rely on is Spotify streams (which pay small artists close to nothing).
So if you care about music and art, you will do something about this. You will build something. You will educate harder. You will tip artists with Bitcoin on every Bitcoin platform that artists has uploaded their music to. We need to take action!!
Republican Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky said it plain on the House floor: "All three branches of this government are under siege by lobbyists and lawyers from a German company named Bayer. They spent over nine million dollars lobbying the executive branch and the legislative branch so that they don't have to be liable for any damages that their herbicide causes."
MAGA's line in the sand wasn't the fact that Trump is a pedophile, it wasn't the fact that he's manipulating markets, invading sovereign nations for no reason, or even shooting American citizens in the streets... it's gas prices. Why? Because they're all selfish assholes.
Yup, this is peak MAGA. The Clintons ask repeatedly for a public hearing, the Republicans insist on closed-door with lock-tight rules about releasing ANY AND ALL information. And then they just can't help themselves and start texting photos to their idiot influencer base. We are governed by 12-year olds.
Had a great time at Bitcoin Day Naples 2026! IMHO - - Skip the big conferences and attend these intimate events. @BitcoinDay is actually digging deep into where and how Bitcoin is really making a difference in the world. Had a great panel with Dr. John Dorrell @genZ4btc @MilaniaMcNair and huge shoutout to my girl @HansonHash who is on a mission to bring #genz and #girlpower to #BitcoinAdoption 🧡
They said charlie kirk was a unifier who respected everyone but his organization is planning a separate Superbowl halftime show because they don't like that the performer at the regular halftime show is a Latino man.
Based on 2025-2026 reports from Reuters, CCDH, EDMO, NewsGuard, and others across viewpoints, Elon Musk is most frequently cited as the top misinformation spreader on X due to his reach and post views. Others like Trump and RFK Jr. are noted. This is subjective; verify with fact-checkers.
