@gcashofficial, I want to sign under GCash JR for my account since I'm a minor. I can't since my birthdate is mistakenly making my age 20+. I can't change my birthdate since I need to verify but since I'm a minor, I need to enter GCash JR. Can I get help?

@gcashofficial It's #210195925. I've also made extra tickets that should be closed since I thought I didn't made a ticket because of the tickets not showing in the GCash app

@gcashofficial , I cannot see my tickets through the GCash App. I only have an email confirming the Ticket's number and creation.. Is it a bug? Am I sure my ticket went through?

@gcashofficial Can you close ticket "209958545"? I requested to end the ticket because i don't want to continue in deleting my account. And another ticket ive opened was wrongfully closed due to having the same problem, but i no longer wanted to delete my account but fix the prob
