Parents teach your “normal” kids to interact with kids with special needs. Teach them that these kids are the just the same as them but have some challenges. You would be raising a better human if you teach them this.
Meet Jane our SGBV Champion. Her fight against SGBV Targeted at people with disabilities is a story to tell. She is Visually impaired but her sense of humor and energy has seen her achieve what would be seen as impossible. She believes that her inability does not define her.
Through use of local media i.e radio and Tv Jane creates sensitization on PWD Rights and harmful practices that affect them. Through creation of safe spaces and given opportunities people abled differently can navigate through life normally. Vivaa Jane
