In 2015 Maddie was diagnosed with cancer. Treatment meant she made daily visits to hospital. Maddie & friend Emily had planned to travel, it was put on hold for a while. In 2017 with the help of @DCT_charity the girls went on an inter-railing adventure. https://t.co/u32FQUIl4T
