Also they volunteer their time and go with this ref all throughout the year for just a few meals.
What would be your suggestion? Please take in mind the shortage of referees in the country too.

@j0fdw @PunishedPat1641 He’s right. I managed a team a few years back and one of the lads was so poor at tracking back in a couple of games that we had to give him a below in his performance review.
It didn’t matter much tbh, he missed an open goal in the Leinster final so got the sack anyway!

@TomasColton Average age of the squad tonight was just shy of 29 which is middle of the road. Park & Beirne the 2 old lads but very hard not play them tonight with such inexperience around them.

Likely going to blood a lot of players this year so hopefully people don’t go too hard on them.
