Over an hour on the phone, to be told that you ‘have no contact details for me’ and therefore a complaint was closed.

This is infuriating, you care nothing for your customers. I raised a complaint on 23rd April and no response, despite having a record on WhatsApp

@MarkWelshyeds @neiljmcevoy I grew up in St Mellon’s, hitting my teenage years in 2001. I saw crime go down as I grew up. We need better community standards, not parental standards! Statistics show that crime was actually on a downward trend between 1999-2010.
