Our policy of getting young players with potential has been the main reason of our downfall.

We keep buying this "high potential" youngsters since Poch left, trying to recreate the same thing that we did with Poch in the golden years.

We constantly failed to get top youngsters, wasting money and failing to get first team ready players to compete.

That's why I don't believe anyomore in the long terms project, this teenagers we keep buying are not even approved by the manager.

We wasted £500m on u23 players, just the 1% of it turned out to be good in any shape of form.
