@JagexSupport I will tyvm just think the fingerprint would help with situations like this because they keep trying but doubt they will get in since I have authenticator on. But, think it would solve problems like this if fingerprint was asked for when someone tries to change a password.

@JagexSupport someone has been trying to hack my account on Rs3 but they haven't succeeded I just know they are trying since I have got like 10 password change request emails recently. Can I pay more to update account security to include fingerprints to solve this problem? Thanks

@JagexAsh Thank you very much and I'm going to try it with all lower case when I log in later today. But, wanted to ask first because I have been using some capital letters for both of my accounts and didn't know it wasn't case sensitive till today.

@JagexAsh just saw the post on YouTube about improving account security which is great but I didn't know that passwords aren't case sensitive yet. So, will my password work with all lower case letters? Sorry for the dumb question and thank you very much.

@FartShartly I would just charge you for the materials used so would be cheap around 20 because you are always very friendly/helpful and just wanted to say thanks. Also regret leaving the clan and would like to rejoin because it was more welcoming to returning and new players.

@JagexSupport Thank you, I setup the authenticator with my email when I set up the authenticator for my osrs account and haven't had any problems so I don't need more authenticators just love the game and want to make it as difficult as possible for a hacker to ruin it

@JagexSupport love the game #OSRS just had a question about plug-ins like quest helper because it sounds very helpful. Where do I download it? Just worried about downloading the wrong thing. And do I have to download runelite or can I use it with the regular osrs client?Thank you

@JagexAsh love the game #OSRS just wanted to say thanks because you guys fixed whatever it was that was making me get disconnected in the past but recently I have had no problems with getting disconnected which I am very happy about since the disconnections got me killed twice

Definitely like the authenticator for my osrs account and email makes me feel confident they are safe. Love the game and thanks for the help.

@JagexSupport I don't plan on getting a new phone for a while but was wondering would you just transfer the authenticator app to your new phone or would you have to disable it and make a new one? Or should I be asking the people who make the authenticator app? Thank you.
