@MWEBTweets do you guys have any people working in your call centre? I’ve been on hold and the second person on the line for almost an hour now and this is not the first time I’m on hold until I give up. This is truly appalling service from Mweb.
@BurgerKingZA what’s the point of having backup devices for payments if your employees can’t use them? Spending over 10 minutes in a drive thru because your employees aren’t allowed to use a backup device is ridiculous.
