I tried calling customer care and no use since i cannot talk to an actual human being cuz apparently due to "TECHNICAL ISSUES". Why promise customer satisfaction when u cant even talk to them? @PaytmTravel @Paytm @Paytmcare

My father knows how to book and cancel tickets all the time and then we noticed that there was no cancel button and it said the journey was already completed (FOR A TICKET BOOKED OM 29TH JUNE!!!)
