Great running by Kilcoole AC athletes in the national 5 mile. Brendan Donohoe continues his great form with 29:21, Darragh Page ran a great time of 31:49 as did Sinead Wall 38:48 and Gillian Farrelly 40:59. Well done all Wicklow runners, great performances from around the county.

Our athletes delivered big time in Dublin marathon this year. We ended up with 1 individusl age-cat national silver 🏅, 1 individual age-cat provincial gold 🏅, about 20 PBs, and great team efforts from women/men including 6th in senior men. Proud club. https://t.co/fZlOHq94TA

Kilcoole AC had a great day in the Dublin marathon with sack fulls of PBs achieved. Mark Byrne became a sub 3 runner; Luke Lennon did the same in Frankfurt. Brian Gurrin was 2nd in age. You can see our results here - were feeling proud. Well done all:

Eliud Kipchoge may have stolen the headlines with his incredible world record winning run... But KAC had 2 athletes battling it out in Berlin today; and we're delighted to report that both, Colin Wendel (2:37) and Aaron Mooney (3:15), both smashed out new PBs. Well done men.👊👊

8) Luke Lennon aces two triathlons in a week; Lough Cutra (middle dist) & Tri Athy (Olympic)
9) Brian Gurrin wins Donadea 100k.

5) Linda O'Connor breaks female record in Denis Rankin round (90kms in 22 hrs 6 mins)
6) Úna Britton 6th in mini marathon; 7 other KAC members completed race too.
