Both Meredith Gaudreau (@meredithmo1007), wife of Johnny Gaudreau and Madeline Gaudreau, wife of his brother Matthew, are pregnant. I think it helped me, as much as one can be helped, to be pregnant when widowed. New life brings perspective, blessings, and the knowledge I had to hold it together to protect my baby. I hope it brings them strength and purpose as it did me, but even when there is joy, it is tempered by pain. Pray for them and their little ones. I have stood in their shoes, and there are such extreme highs and lows all at once while muddling through the mundanities of life the best you can. 🤍
