This Border War is a classic early-season coin-flip with a lot of new pieces. I love CSU’s hiring of Mora and others, but I believe this should be a close game that favors Wyoming to cover.

Spartans with the outright win of 27-21. Luke Weaver had an exceptional game, amassing 316 passing yards and three touchdowns. Good looks if you sprinkled a little ML action.

SJSU struggled early vs. USC last week, but managed to bounce back & regain offensive momentum. IMO, should be a good game overall, but I would lean SJSU over E. Mich.

Joe Fagnano and Skyler Bell should be able to exploit FIU’s secondary, which ranks bottom-third in pass defense. With nine consecutive wins as home favorites, UConn should be able to cover the spread today.

Sam Houston State’s secondary is a significant concern. The game could be slower-paced, grit and grind. The under might also be a viable option.
