@myekar@Dubai_DED Thank you for clarifying that you deduct AED 3000 for unknown third party damage (i.e damage caused by others). So if a customer drives a car and the car gets a scratch caused by others, you charge AED 3000. Understood πΆπ
@myekar the deductible for this scratch is AED 3,000! Even after providing the police report as required for insurance purpose.
On the other hand they warrant no quality or pricing structure. #unfair@Dubai_DED - please take note
@myekar It wasnt hidden. I've already explained to your customer rep that I wasnt aware of this issue. ONCE I was made aware of this matter, I immediately gave you a third party damage police report at my expense. My grievance was the "Admin fee" which as a common man, is expensive
@salmanzq@zahidk@myekar Yeah. They found a scratch after my ride ended. Since it "happened" during my ride I provided a police report (third party damage). A reasonable way would be to approach the insurance after that. But they have an "Admin fee" of AED 3k irrespective of who did it or what happened
@Cait_12@myekar#myekar just blocked me on Facebook and Twitter π same with you? The issue definitely made a difference in my office where all my colleagues deleted the app and switched to #careem#rta taxis
@EatDrinkStayDXB@sirawatta@Cait_12@myekar Learnt d hard way I guess. incase of #ekar the evaluation is done by yrself with 4 pics I believe.evaluating the car at 50Β° βοΈπ‘ hmmπ€ say for any reason the car is scratched by third party when you make a stopover, all u can do is get a police report (reasonable expense to bear)
@sirawatta@Cait_12@myekar They've got one for the sake of it. Irrespective of what happens customers have to pay the "admin fee". So a scratch can cost you almost a thousand dollars π£
@Cait_12@emkwan@myekar I know right! AED 3k for any damage (irrespective of who did it!) I got off my car for few mins and when I got back somebody had brushed it. Gave them a police report anyway. Got slapped with the most expensive ride of my life #ripoff#unfairpolicy
