@libsoftiktok @AmericanAir @AmericanAir is the worst airline. They had 8.5 hrs delay.Made me miss all my meetings and a whole day of work.All I got was a $12 voucher which didn’t work and 2500 points as compensation. Customer service was dismissive and gave zero assistance!! Worst airline!!

@AmericanAir AA is the worst airline. Flight delayed over 8 hrs due to short of staff. I missed work and all the meetings scheduled. All the stress, AA offered 2k miles as comp for my lost time. It should be illegal for airlines to do this to customers w/o paying consequences. AA do better!!!
