@debornair99 Anderson should become a new unit of measurement🤣. News readers will be saying things like 'The National debt rose by 3 Anderson from this time last year'.
@oseik15@utdreport From what I've seen I'd say he's more focused defensively than Scott or Ferandes, but that is in Ligue 1 so it depends how it translates to the Prem. Judging from Ugarte... badly.
@SiLiftsHeavy@Scott_Pert Spot on. The 'he doesn't want to come back' is the most important thing people aren't paying attention to. If Rashford comes back its with zero motivation and drive because he'll feel he has to be at United rather than want to be there.
@petesunitedPOV City literally buy player like Grealish so keep them from rivals. Grealish was a good player but City didn't buy him because they need him. They bought him because Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester United etc needed him. That insane levels of money.
@CryptoaaService@mufcMPB@sebnonda I'd say the club are putting stories out there to help them in negotiations. If you're in talks with 5 different midfielders than it makes negotiating for the midfielder you actually want easier. Expect a lot of stories like this over the next few weeks.
@ijsew_mufc@centredevils@jfelixdiaz This will probably have a knock on effect of rasing the overall minimum price of every player depending on position, since smaller clubs will probably end up having a standardised pricing structure for release clause in their club.
@kvng_baff I actually really like Ferandes as a player (we should also get Fernandez-Pardo and complete the set), I'm just pointing out that our previous history of buying cheaper, bulk options hasn't been very successful.
@UtdActive@David_Ornstein I hate the 'Targeting players who want them' framing. Sesko didn't want United, he wanted Arsenal. But we convinced him and he's delighted to be there.
@Povey34 To be fair, Sesko didn't want to come to United, he wanted Arsenal. I don't mind when you have to convince a player to believe in your process. It part of the game.
