@Sass9161 @Ephi96 fake fan. Also are we really gonna act like the older games weren't easy as hell besides at most 3 main story bosses. FFX is rock paper scissors where you have access to your whole party, FFVI you're using the same moves from start to finish, FF is not a difficult franchise.

@IncroyableSauce But again by your logic, it means they can never truly be a fan, because they physically can't experience it "the way it was meant to be". Otherwise you're admitting that it is in fact possible to be a fan of games by watching them.

@Kaktoosgames @IncroyableSauce I enjoy watching volleyball. I don't play the sport. It's not exactly a complex issue. You can very much enjoy watching something be done even if you've never done the thing itself. Some people like watching welding, or construction, or nascar, wrestling, etc.

@IncroyableSauce You didn't answer the question. In the grand scheme of things why does that mean they can magically be a fan. They've never played the sport, they physically can't. by your own measurement of logic it should be impossible for them to EVER be a fan of the sport correct?

@IncroyableSauce Why does being physically unable to play, give someone the pass to be a fan as opposed to someone who is able to play but simply has not or chooses not to? You're telling me an able and disabled person can sit on the same couch watch the same game and only one is a fan?

@anongoat360 @IncroyableSauce that doesn't make sense, many people don't play games. In fact I can imagine a lot of people grew up watching people like radbrad or markiplier because they couldn't afford games or consoles, or simply enjoy watching more than playing, especially with horror games.

@IncroyableSauce and if the teams don't matter? I have no strong preference for teams and many others may feel that way too. It could just simply be you're invested in the nature of the sport and can later start getting attached to certain players from various teams you've seen play the sport.

@IncroyableSauce it's not disingenuous in the slightest. they are sports that you can watch and multiple are played at the same time so you have to pick which ones to watch at a given moment. You can enjoy watching something vs playing and playing something vs watching and still be a fan.

@amevaresa She's just generic. Doomfist's introduction was a top 5 overwatch moment. But sierra just feels like a guest character from fortnite. Also people clown on wuyang and Anran for being boringly generic visually and story wise as well to such a point they got anran's face reworked.
