Everyone is helpless. Police is helpless. there is no solution at all. My mother stood for half an hour near coach door for toilet but returned. I think this situation remains whole journey. @RailMinIndia should add more coaches to cater for the issue. @RPF_INDIA @RailwaySeva

Respected Sir, issue remains same. Coach is still like a market place and not like a reservation coach. There is no solution for settlement of waiting list passengers. Almost double of authorized passengers are traveling. Housefull coach. @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @RPF_INDIA

Train No. 12838, coach SE1, Date of Journey: 14 May 23. RPF Staff Constable Krishna Ghosh has performed his duty vey promptly. He resolved my complaint regarding travelling of unreserved passengers in a reserved coach.
His strong yet polite attitude solved the problem swiftly.

Ladies of my family are not even able to go to the washroom. It's unsafe.
