Well. I guess I’m never buying from @eddiebauer again, which bums me out cause I’m a long-time customer and I like their stuff. But I needed a winter coat that I ordered a MONTH ago (in stock) and it still hasn’t even shipped! No customer service, can’t cancel it. Waste of time.
