I am deeply saddened by today’s Supreme Court ruling in the Grants Pass case. At a time when there is a severe nationwide shortage of affordable housing, we should be working towards solutions that provide support and shelter, not further marginalizing vulnerable populations.

I'm not a pilot but I have to imagine that you have to be an absolute BADASS to skim the water in what is basically a flying tank, over and over all day long, and do it with the accuracy it takes to scoop up 1,000+ gallons of water and not have an accident.

Marlon "Chito" Vera did two media days today in Miami -- one in English and one in Spanish. That is the first time in the history of the UFC something like this has happened, per PR.

The reason? More than 40 reporters from Vera's native Ecuador flew into Miami for #UFC299 and more than a dozen others are here from Spanish-speaking outlets. Sean O'Malley might be the champion, but "Chito" has a ton of interest going into this weekend from Latin America and the Latino community.
