At today’s Federation Council session, Viktor Kress from Tomsk bluntly warned that without engine oils and fuel, the entire agro-industrial complex built over years will grind to a halt.

“We will lose everything,” he said, describing the situation as catastrophic. In classic Kremlin fashion, Valentina Matviyenko shot back: don’t exaggerate the drama.

Translation: Russia has burned through its fuel stocks to feed the meat grinder in Ukraine and now the breadbasket is running on fumes.

Their own "anti-aircraft" is shooting at the oil tank which is very much empty. Most of the fuel was in gaseous form, otherwise it would not have exploded as it did, but would have flared up in a huge fireball.
