Just a heads up, Due to a scheduling conflict with our venue the NSS banquet will be Friday January 12th instead of the 13th. Cocktails at 6 & dinner at 7. It will be at the Spruce Creek fly-in Country Club. I will get more details released on Monday. Sorry for the confusion.

On new meds I can't eat sweets ex fruit (yes I was REALLY BAD w sweets) Cant stand the taste of any drink ex water so I'm down 14 lbs I think that helps
feel better At first Doc panicked but was honest about my diet she laughed & said maybe a good lifestyle change came from this
