Very honoured and humbled to have my name nominated for two different awards at work. Unfortunately, I was not the successful candidate, but knowing I make a difference in the work place life is wonderful!
Exercise always makes you feel better. After 2 months of strength training, grinding out days I want to give up! I can honestly say, I’ve gained so much confidence, gained muscle, made new friends, learning a lot and will never back down from a challenge.
So thankful for wonderful woman in my life! They sure know how to cheer you up. Down but will get up stronger! New goals tomorrow. Staying focused and determined.
To all my wonderful, hardworking and dedicated Colleagues! From Unit Assistants to Executive Assistants. Thank you for all your hard work to keep your area running!
And my dear brother for taking care of me the first few nights. Plus numerous phone calls and texts from friends. Take a village. Hard to ask for help when you are independent.
Back to work I go after 2 and weeks off from minor surgery. Looking forward to helping my patients and their families. Miss my work family a lot. Thank you to many neighbours for helping me with laundry and garbage. My bestie for helping keep me sane.
@OHLHoundPower thank you for the wonderful pictures with the over age guys! They are so polite and courteous! Also, very tall! Was great seeing them in the hospital spreading cheer!
Dear 2023. You taught me so much, how to pick myself up after a big fall, how to quickly change my eating habits, how to strive to excel in my career, learnt to say no, true friends and kept family close. 2024 big trip planned and continue learning to focus on me.
