Taxpayer funds flow to professor who worked on covert surveillance with China’s military researchers !

An Australian professor who collaborated with Chinese military scientists on research referring to battlefield combat and covert surveillance has been handed another $1.3m taxpayer grant by the Australian Research Council for high-security research.
University of NSW engineering associate professor Dr Derrick Wing Kwan Ng, an expert in secure communications, is the sole investigator in a $1.3m grant to UNSW to develop 6G wireless networks powered by antennas that can reposition in real time for faster and more efficient wireless services.
The ARC Future Fellowship, granted last week, is the third and most expensive ARC grant awarded to research projects involving Dr Ng this year, totalling $3.56m.
