I'm a proud Kentucky Public School Teacher & President of the Warren County and Third District Education Association. I'm blessed, I absolutely love what I do!
Over 90% of Kentucky’s students attend public schools. Why would anyone think taking funds away from over 90% of our students would be good idea?
#VoteNoOnAmendment2
These are the faces of the 61 Republicans in Frankfort who tried to force 21,400 Kentucky kids to go without a meal.
Remember them when you head to the polls this November.
As the school year begins, so does the shortage of bus drivers. Until we fully fund public schools and pay competitive wages, shortages will remain. Vote NO on Amendment 2 and let's fully fund our public schools and the 90% of our school kids! #NOon2! https://t.co/gRgp0DlIMI
"I think if somebody calls you on that, what you do is at least listen. And I want the American people to know what a Kentuckian is and what they look like. Because let me just tell you that JD Vance ain't from here."

Pension Oversight Board: Sen. Higdon says his bill to require districts report teacher sick leave balances to TRS is about transparency and accountability, to give legislature a realistic look at the benefit's cost for current teachers (19:00 of video)... https://t.co/hQZ05EACNf
@DanielCameronAG You say you care about teachers, but your running mate was at the forefront of the sewer bill - a bill you said you would not have challenged. A bill that would have hurt the very people you are now gaslighting with your rhetoric. Smh
Congratulations to Macy Larson, 2023 ATC welding grad, she was one of the 200 mike rowe work ethic schloarship recipients. $1M was awarded to 200 students in 41 states covering 15 trade programs.

They were in such a hurry to cram this bill down our throats they didn’t take the time to double check their work. Maybe they need to have a refresher course on basic English grammar…
