@SP_EnergyPeople After I gave you his number for consent you chose to use data breech as a quick get out clause despite breaching 3 times when I called last week. To expect him to wait up to 2hours on the phone is a further barrier for vulnerable people with complex needs.Shameful @ScottishPower

@itvMLshow I have a vulnerable client who has moved to a new flat and @ScottishPower keep issuing RTI codes for the pre payment meter to clear the debt, but the pay point shops say they’re invalid. 3 times on hold last week at over 40 mins and expected 2 hours+ today. Help xx

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Just realised it’s because they’ve not yet updated for the April price rise. The only one I’ve found who hasn’t updated their rates online. Hopefully nobody likely to be vulnerable will fall for it :-(

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My EDF are quoting £206 variable and £312 fixed (from £114/month). When I’m comparing online and looking at UW, they are able to quote £136/month estimate on the same consumption used on EDF calcs. How is this? Are they trying to corner the market with low intro estimates??
