@NatWest_Help I am a new customer, switch going through by tomorrow, I cannot access full online banking and haven't been sent my account number, no way of finding it out..phone line does not answer, online help is useless

If you need to do this, you can do it now if you live in England, on Tuesday if you live in Scotland or Wales, or later in the week if you live in N Ireland. If you do not need this letter, then please just follow the shielding guidance - there is no need to contact your doctor.
@NatWest_Help Hi, yes I have received an email and text, but no debit card, online activation code or account no for new acc. Old acc with Nationwide will be closed on 2/4 and I have no means to access new account yet..
