@ATX_311 i’m so incredibly frustrated as I sit through the light at William Cannon and 290 traveling west to east. The bloody light is only 10 seconds long! This is outrageous and it encourages red light running!!! You need to lengthen this light by at least 10 seconds.

@UFCU your software/IT department leaves a lot to be desired. Back in April when I was hacked/robbed the guy who dealt w/my account didn’t even use proper grammar and didn’t see or understand what happened. You really need to raise your standards on hiring.

@UFCU Ironic Because your security allowed hackers to steal $1000 from me back in April. I just sat on the phone for 30 minutes to try to get someone to help me update my app address and they hung up on me apparently. So I have to waste time going into the office to get this done.
