@TMobile I tell ya. Regardless of the 25 years I've been with T-Mobile, they still do not know how to treat their loyal customers when it comes to upgrading our phones, anymore since @JohnLegere. Y'all should have kept him on. He connected with customers and RESPECTED loyalty.
